Delivery is by Royal Mail and is free for all of our books.
We will endeavour to despatch all orders received within 7 days but please note that we are an entirely voluntary organisation and on occasion it may take a little longer. If for any reason your order is required urgently, please email as soon as you have placed it and advise us, quoting the order reference – we will always do our best to help.
Payment Information
Payment is taken through the BHS PayPal Account. But you don't need to have a PayPal account to make an order, you can choose to pay by credit or debit card when you reach the PayPal payment screen in the order process. PayPal is secure and we don't store any of your payment card details on our web server.

Placing an Order
To place an order in our Online shop, you:
1. Browse on our website to each item that you'd like to order and click the "Add to Cart" button.
2. Once you've finished shopping, click the "View Your Cart" link at the top right corner of the page.
3. You can adjust the quantities and items in your Cart if required.
4. Click the "Begin Checkout" Link.
5. You can choose to Checkout as a Guest or to Create an Account so that you can login and check your orders and save your address details for quicker checkout next time.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order and make payment.
7. Your Order is complete when you are returned from PayPal to the BHS website, and receive an order confirmation email.
If you have any difficulty at all in placing an order, or encounter and problems at all with the process, please contact us explaining what happened and we will resolve the problem as soon as we can.
Returns Information
If you are not happy with the item received, we offer a no quibbles returns policy. Simply return the item to the address above, unused, along with an explanatory note within 14 days of purchase and we will make a full refund of your PayPal payment. Unfortunatley we are unable to cover delivery costs for returned items.
